60ml Karven Dry Gin

30ml Lemon juice

30ml Simple syrup

3 Raspberries

Fill a highball with crushed ice. Pour Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with 4 cubes of ice.

Shake for 5 seconds and pour into glass, top up with ice. Gently muddle raspberries and a dash of simple syrup, pour over crushed ice for marbling effect.
