Hand-crafted in small, limited edition batches using grape alcohol our Artisan Amaro is a complex recipe of fresh local herbs and berries including carefully selected organic strawberries. 

Naturally ruby red in colour this Amaro is a beautiful balance between bitter and sweet. A distinctive lollipop nose is balanced with subtle citrus notes and a complex bitterness from three specific varieties of Wormwood.

Signature Cocktail 

NEGRONI

30ml Karven Ropere Amaro

30ml Karven Dry Gin

30ml Karven Rosso or Bianco Vermouth 

Lemon

Add all ingredients and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a ice filled lowball glass. Garnish with a twist/wedge of Lemon
