By combining Eastern European tradition with contemporary New Zealand style, we have created an intriguingly unique Starka Vodka: an elegant grain vodka, rested in American oak barrels infused with manuka honey and local botanicals, including native Kawakawa.

Seductively smooth with a distinctive amber hue, the delicate flavours are a tussle between a wise old port and an ambitious young brandy. Subtle cream and toasted vanilla notes with lashings of honey.

STARKA MULE

50ml Karven Starka Vodka

Quality ginger beer

2-3 wedges of lime

Handful of mint

Muddle lime wedges in a cocktail shaker. Add Karven Starka Vodka and top with ice. Shake for 15 seconds and strain into either a high or lowball glass filled with ice and a handful of mint.

Top up with a good quality ginger beer and garnish with lime.
