RAMBLE STAR
A timeless classic
Ingredients
- 60ml Karven Dry Gin
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 30ml Simple syrup
- 3 Raspberries
Instructions
Fill a highball with crushed ice. Pour Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with 4 cubes of ice. Shake for 5 seconds and pour into glass, top up with ice. Gently muddle raspberries and a dash of simple syrup, pour over crushed ice for marbling effect.
STARKA MULE
Spicy, Zesty, Refreshingly Vodka!
Ingredients
- 50ml Karven Starka Vodka
- Quality ginger beer
- 2-3 wedges of lime
- Handful of mint
Instructions
Muddle lime wedges in a cocktail shaker. Add Karven Starka Vodka and top with ice. Shake for 15 seconds and strain into either a high or lowball glass filled with ice and a handful of mint. Top up with a good quality ginger beer and garnish with lime.
Espresso Martini
Say. Less. Shake. More.
Ingredients
- 40ml Karven Vodka or Starka Vodka
- 30ml Coffee Liqueur
- 30ml Espresso Coffee
Instructions
Add all ingredients to shaker and shake hard for 30-40 sec. Strain into martini cocktail glass.
Garnish with three coffee beans or shaved chocolate.
DRY MARTINI
Clean and classic
Ingredients
- 60ml Karven Dry Gin
- 20-30ml Karven Bianco Vermouth (depending on taste)
- Ruby red grapefruit or Lemon
Instructions
Add gin, vermouth and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Squeeze grapefruit oil over the glass and garnish with a twist/wedge of grapefruit

- 30ml Karven Rōpere Amaro
- 125mlSoda Water
- Slice of Orange
Instructions
Combine all in a tall glass with ice
Karven Negroni
Distinctly New Zealand
Ingredients
- 30ml Karven Ropere Amaro
- 30ml Karven Dry Gin
- 30ml Karven Rosso or Bianco Vermouth
- Orange
Instructions
Add all ingredients and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into an ice filled lowball glass. Garnish with a twist or wedge of Orange

A Karven Must
Ingredients
- 30ml Karven Absinthe
- 30ml simple syrup
- 30ml lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 30ml to 90ml chilled water depending on taste
- 3 cucumber slices (peeled)
Instructions
Muddle cucumbers and simple syrup in a Collins glass.
Add the absinthe, lime juice and ice.
Top with chilled water, and garnish with additional cucumber slices.our over crushed ice for marbling effect.
