30ml Karven Absinthe
30ml simple syrup
30ml lime juice (freshly squeezed)
30ml to 90ml chilled water depending on taste
3 cucumber slices (peeled)
Muddle cucumbers and simple syrup in a Collins glass.
Add the absinthe, lime juice and ice.
Top with chilled water, and garnish with additional cucumber slices.
