Crimson red in colour this Amaro is a beautiful balance between bitter and sweet. A distinctive lollipop nose is balanced with subtle citrus notes and a complex bitterness from three different varieties of wormwood.

30ml Karven Dry Gin
30ml Karven Rosso or Bianco Vermouth
Orange
Add all ingredients and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a ice filled lowball glass. Garnish with a twist/wedge of Lemon
