Quality ginger beer
2-3 wedges of lime
Handful of mint
Muddle lime wedges in a cocktail shaker. Add Karven Starka Vodka and top with ice. Shake for 15 seconds and strain into either a high or lowball glass filled with ice and a handful of mint.
Top up with a good quality ginger beer and garnish with lime.
